Art Nouveau Marine Escape Vase by Joma, Montreuil, France, Early 1900

About the Item

Art Nouveau Marine landscape vase is an original decorative object realized between the 1930 and the 1935 in France. Realized by Joma, Montreuil. Hand-signed "Joma" on the lower right side of the decoration. Original glass with decorations. Mint conditions. Fine and elegant rounded slightly conical pressed glass vase with the decoration of a landscape on the background. The vase is realized with a gray frosted translucent glass. On the central part of the vase there is a decoration with a marine landscape with aquatic plants and a tree in the foreground. The decoration is made with a single color but is extremely elaborate: in the background we find mountains in the distance and birds in the sky.
