This remarkable piece, made using a mold and handcrafted with the pinch method, has the shape of a bird bust in glossy Sienna finish with a turquoise and gold crown. The striking texture and metallic glare are obtained with an exclusive technique developed in the 1930s by Gatti specifically for the platinum and gold decorations applied by hand with a brush during a third firing (at 700°). The result is a one-of-a-kind piece made for customers who want a unique object of handcrafted ceramics in their home.
