Vase Loetz Bohemia Art Nouveau Decor Titania Genre 4212 Orange Green Glass, 1906

About the Item

Art Nouveau Loetz vase (iridescent green - orange shaded) Made by Loetz, Klostermuehle (Klostermühle / Bohemia, Old Imperial Austria). Manufactured circa 1906. Decor: Titania Genre 4212 decorating casing glass. The vase's surface is excellently manufactured, having iridescent bright-green wavy lines spun around, covering orange-shaded glass layer underneath: This pattern causes a very interesting effect - the opaque orange colour is contrasting the green wavy lines in stunning manner especially when the vase is illuminated. - The bellied vase stands on round foot (slightly hollow) / it is of tapering form type, having round wide mouth on top.   Measure: Height: 9.5 cm (3.74 inches) Diameter of mouth: 12.5 cm (4.92 inches)   Excellent condition (there aren't any damages existing).
