Early Georg Jensen Silver Ornamental Fish Serving Set 55

About the Item

An early sterling silver Georg Jensen fish serving set, in the ornamental Serving pattern #55 designed by Georg Jensen from 1914. Beautiful details, the handles are two intertwined fish with a mussel shell finial, hand chased and cut-out on the servers. Dimensions: The fish slice measures 10 3/4", the fork is 9 7/8" (27.2cm, 25cm). Weight 293 grams (10,33 oz.) Hallmarks: With early Georg Jensen Hallmarks from 1933-1944. *This set has not been machined polish to retain hammering marks. This set is in excellent vintage condition.
