Art Deco period, sterling silver-mounted blue enamel letter opener/paper knife, Chester, England, year-hallmarked for 1922, H.E. and F.E. Barker of Barker Brothers, Ltd - makers. Measures almost 3/4 inches deep x 1/2 inch high (at highest point when lying flat) x 8 3/4 inches long. Lovely, etched pattern on sterling silver blade. Dark areas on sterling silver in photos are reflections. In excellent, antique condition.
