Heading : Pair of sterling silver candlesticsk Date : Hallmarked in Sheffiled in 1836 for Henry Wilkinson and Co Period : William IV Origin : Sheffield, Yorkshire, England Decoration : Detachable sconces with scalloped rim and repousse shell design. Stems with shell decoration, baluster section with leaf design, reed annulated knop. Cast scallop shell terraced foot. Size : Height 23.3cm, base 10.7x10.7cm Condition : Very good, a small compression at the top of one of the corners of the foot to one example. Restoration : None Weight : 1114 grams (loaded)
