Beautiful solid brass yacht binnacle from John Bliss of New York with gimbaled compass mounted to a varnished wood base. The compass bezel is engraved John Bliss and Company New York. The compass card is marked Ritchie Boston mounted to a varnished wood pedestal with rope
carved border at base. John Bliss nameplate is numbered 1100, circa 1890.
