1950s Bay Area Designer Robert Bulmore Iron Floor Lamp
About the Item
1950s Bay Area designer Robert Bulmore floor lamp in steel and frosted glass, the abstract design is two steel rods criss crossed capped with frosted cylindrical shades resting on his trademark round cast iron base. All of Bulmore's lamps were designed and manufactured in the Bay Area. One of the more classic modernist designs from this period. The lamp is painted a medium black and the cylinder shades have a fairly heavy frost on them creating a soft diffusion of light.
