About the Item

This beautiful pair of Art Deco Cerulean Blue Frosted Glass Uplights W/Stylized Cubist Detailing originates from France, Circa 1930. They feature a vertical composition formed in a lovely hue of Cerulean Blue Pressed and Frosted Glass. A tall cylindrical element with ornate cubist detailing and a variety of wider and narrow points leading the eye up and down the pieces, with a scalloped top surface and minimal skyscraper detailing. The bases have striated detailing emerging from the center and leading to a curved scalloped edge detail where the glass meets the surface. A gorgeous pair with soft light and a serene quality, these Uplights will style beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Art Deco to Mid-Century Modernist and Contemporary Interiors.
