Antique Venetian Rococo Parcel Gilt & Painted Four-Post Platform Bed
About the Item
Stunning and unique Italian four-post bed, early 19th c. This bed features parcel gilt and painted frame with carved and gilt decoration, corner posts with carved finials, putti masks, Corinthian capitals, side rails with foliate scroll details, restoration to finials.
Bed frame only. Bed frame sits on floor. We recommend it be used with a platform bed.
