About the Item
This palladium plated mobile brings a sense of movement into the home, capturing the essence of a shooting start crossing a winter night sky. As one of Georg Jensen’s Christmas Collectibles, this piece is sure to become a timeless and loved+F4n, brought out every year as part of the annual celebrations.
Inspired by the crisp winter nights and the stars in the sky, designer Sanne Lund Traberg creates each shape individually by hand cutting paper before remaking in metal. The results have a clarity and graphic beauty that references classic Scandinavian modernist design.
The mobile is expertly crafted in palladium plated brass in Georg Jensen’s own Danish workshop. It comes with both a traditional red and a seasonal blue ribbon.
