17th Century English Oak Dining Chairs Circa 1670 , Set of Six

About the Item

A rare true set of original 17th-century dining chairs/back stools, circa 1670 . These chairs showcase a fabulous colour and patina and unique design adding to their character and charm. The chairs are in good usable antique condition , having stood the test of time and showing reassuring signs of age and originality. Over the course of more than 350 years, they have undergone minor repairs consistent with age and use as to be expected . Height : 105 cm Width : 43.5 cm Depth: 36 cm Seat Base to floor : 48 cm To complement these wonderful chairs, we have them displayed alongside a rare and beautiful and entirely original late 16th-century Elizabethan oak refectory table that is presently in stock. The table complements the style and elegance of the chairs perfectly.
