Am Moller 501 Dining Chairs, 'Set of 6'
About the Item
This is a fantastic example of carefully and expertly crafted Danish mid-century modern seating. This set of six newly rewoven and restored dining chairs made by AM Mobler in the 1960s is the definition of classic Danish style. Each chair boasts solid teak frames with bentwood teak backs and rosewood dowel inserts -- an extra touch that shows the detailed nature of both design and construction. The set consists of 4 chairs slightly taller (1/2”) than the other pair -- this makes it the ideal set for a six-person table. The four chairs can be placed at either side od the table, while the remaining pair work beautifully at the "head" and "foot" of the table. Each chair has been rewoven so that each seat and back match, and the set is a cohesive and attractive combination. Priced to sell as a full set of six (6) AM Mobler MCM dining chairs.
