Augusto Savini for Pozzi, dining chairs, model 'Pamplona', white lacquered ash, leatherette, Italy, 1965.
Architectural pair of 'Pamplona' armchairs in white lacquered ash and black leatherette upholstery. A characteristic design; simplistic yet very strong in lines and proportions. Wonderful dynamic frame executed in ash, starting from the front leg which runs over into the armrests and ends in the rear leg. The black colour of the upholstery forms a beautiful contrast with the white wooden frame. Aluminum elements on the back emphasize the tight and modern expression of the chairs.
Please note that we advise reupholstery before use. This item contains some threadbare upholstery with small holes, scratches and stains. Reupholstery can be done before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece retains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
