The PK22 chair is a design icon created by Danish designer Poul Kjærholm in 1956. Kjærholm was a renowned figure in the mid-century modern movement, known for his minimalist yet functional approach to furniture design.
The PK22 represented a departure from traditional furniture design with its innovative use of steel for the frame and a seat and backrest made from woven cane or leather.
This set of chairs was manufactured in Denmark in 1985 by Fritz Hansen and remains in superb condition.
