Paolo Buffa Vintage Sofa in Wood and Floral Fabric 'Attr.'
About the Item
Beautiful vintage floral sofa designed in the 1950s and attributed to the craftsmanship of Paolo Buffa, of fine Italian manufacture.
The sofa has a very elegant dark precious wood base, the supporting legs are 4 punched and very sinuous. They rise on the armrests taking a very soft bend, which seems to echo those of a very gentle and sinuous tree branch. The seat is low and very comfortable, entirely lined in original floral fabric. The backrest is very high precisely to give a unique comfort to the sitter.
This sofa is perfect in vintage living rooms.
