English 19th Century Chippendale Style Mahogany Upholstered Stool

About the Item

English Chippendale style mahogany upholstered stool with carved cabriole legs, ball and claw feet and shell carved knees. This substantial stool conforms well with the Chippendale style, having high quality timber, well carved detailing and classic proportions. It is presently upholstered in a maroon brocade. Circa 1870.
