Venezia Cabinet
About the Item
A sculptural piece of furniture is composed of two asymmetric elements which can be placed together to form a double wardrobe. The prism-shaped hinged doors provide full access to the internal compartments, while the grooved corners, evocative of the forms of furniture of the past, help offset the large overall volume, which is transformed into a pictorial medium for the urban vista which appears over the wood grain, painted with the open-pore finish.
