Napoleon III gilt bronze and Pietra Dura mounted ebonized cabinet / credenza, the large ebony top to the gilt metal leaf cast gilt bronze scrolling frieze having Corinthian columns flanking a central door centred with an Pietra Dura oval panel featuring a bird amidst fruiting trees, bordered with stringing and surmounted with a gilt bronze ribbon, The door opening to reveal velvet lined shelved interior, the bowed glazed ends with similar interior all raised egg and dart bordered base with gilt bronze-mounted turned feet
