Original oak student desk from the Cite Universitaire of Paris with two drawers.
Measurements:
H 29"1/2 x W 43"1/4 x D 23"3/4
Refinished, top newly covered with Suede. Two drawers, one can be locked with one key.
Jean Pascaud used to design the NORMANDIE Liner, the French Universities and Government offices. This desk is from the University.

The lever on the side lifts up to adjust the angle of the lamp. At the base of the lamp is a bronze plaque monogrammed with the hotel's name, which covers a small ashtray. The plaque also served as a paperweight or one could place it on top of a letter as notice for the hotel to mail. All lamps are re-wired for U.S. outlets.
