Danish Art Deco 1930s Sideboard by Fritz Hansen

About the Item

A stately sideboard in stained beech with lovely brass hardware. Designed and produced 1930s Denmark by Fritz Hansen, this cabinet is labeled to reverse side. All original finish with age-appropriate signs of use. Cabinet doors open at each side with a center bank of four spacious drawers. This piece comes with its original key to lock each side cabinet door, and the shelves within are adjustable. Brass ring pulls add interest and the joinery is subtle but very well-executed. This is Danish design at its finest- a timeless piece. It is practical, understated and elegant.
