French Midcentury Formica Dinette Set by SIF
About the Item
French Midcentury Retro Kitchenette Set in a daring powder blue formica from the SIF brand made during the 1950s. This iconic, complete set includes a statement cupboard, an expanding kitchen table and six matching chairs.
The atomic two-tier kitchen cabinet has three blue upper cabinets above a gray backsplash and counter accented by eiffel supports of chrome. Three drawers also faced in gray are held in the bottom case over three additional blue cabinets. Open the case to find an ample amount of storage and dazzling pink marbleized formica interiors!
The blue formica rectangular table top (at 27.75" deep and 41.25" wide) conseals a pair of matching leaves that rest on a track and extend when needed to an overall table length of 60.25" The table top is supported by splayed legs of chrome terminating in black rubber casters.
The chairs come in a set of six and have curved backs and seats of blue formica on a sturdy chrome frame with four splayed legs that terminate into black rubber casters.
The measurements are as follows:
Kitchen Cabinet is 71" tall x 18.5" deep x 55.25" wide.
The table is 30" tall x 27.75" deep x 41.25" wide and fully extends to 60.25".
The chairs are 30" tall x 16" deep x 13.25" wide. The seat height is 17" and seat depth is 12.5".

- Condition:Repaired: touchups have been made to cover chips to formica, repair to table corner in blue where worn, normal amounts of oxidation to chrome. Wear consistent with age and use. overall great vintage condition with many years left; normal wear, all pieces are solid and sturdy, minor touchups, repair to one corner of table, oxidation to chrome as expected.
