This bucolic, antique oil on canvas painting was created in France circa 1860. Set in the original carved gilt frame, the artwork depicts a country scene with farm people, a pond and chickens grazing. The picturesque landscape is signed on the bottom left by the artist A. Degerville. The wall decor is in excellent condition with wonderful soft colors.
