Painted before he was widely known and exhibited, this oil by Stuart Shils is vibrant with verdant green and brilliant yellow tones -- a Fine example of modern American Impressionism. Shils studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, and received its prestigious Cresson European Traveling Scholarship.
