Original vintage travel poster for Barbados Trinidad Fly TCA Trans-Canada Airlines featuring a fun design depicting a smiling hat seller wearing a blue and white striped and yellow top and holding a pile of decorated straw hats on his head against a pink shaded background, the stylised title text in bold blue letters divided by a small smiling sun above and a plane flying diagonally through the bold black lettering below with the TCA maple leaf logo and rest of the text in slanted red letters along the bottom. Founded in 1937, Trans-Canada Air Lines was the country's flag carrier until 1965 (now Air Canada); the Canadian company operated services to cities in the USA as well as transatlantic flights to Europe and services to Caribbean islands including Barbados and Trinidad. Printed in Canada. Good condition, creasing, small tears, staining.
