These five rare hand coloured engravings with wooden gilded frames were made in France, circa 1900. The charming saynètes depict different months of the year, each with a different couple of characters. The artworks are well preserved and show the representative style of European engravings, with a special attention to the fabrics’ movements and the delicate postures of the hands.
