Large 17th century Aubusson Tapestry "Verdure" French

About the Item

Very big tapestry of the 17th century of the royal manufacture of Aubusson of the period "Verdure". Very beautiful work of craftsmanship for this unique piece representing a forest landscape in shades of blue, green and brown. To note a very advanced vintage condition, with many missing, traces of use and time (see photos). Refection to be envisaged for the hanging.
