The bow shaped setting features a central natural pearl surrounded by eight smaller pearls in a cluster design, replicating the details of the knot. The central cluster is accented to either side by sixteen natural pearls of varying colors and sizes, creating two loop segments, completing the bow design. The 18ct yellow gold brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp fastening. This multicolored pearl brooch has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 15 karat gold. This impressive antique pearl brooch in gold is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. Such period brooches displaying a high variety and combination of pearl shades is rare; this indicates the high quality of the piece.
