Design Idea: I've wanted to create a unique design with the captivating Lighting Ridge semi-black opal. My team and I came up with a design: a baby phoenix. We used solid 18k white gold with a Satin Finish for the phoenix body to highlight the opal's colors. Its wings feature 0.416 ct brilliant-cut diamonds and 0.26 ct rose-cut diamonds for texture, while its tail incorporates solid 18k yellow gold and yellow sapphire.
