A dramatic vintage Byzantine medal brooch from the 1960s. An imposing Renaissance inspired design incorporates colour to perfection with deep red, petrol blue and aurora borealis crystals. A timeless piece of wearable art. Unsigned yet most likely by Florenza, Italy. This piece alone would take your style stratospheric! Vintage Condition: Overall very good without damage or wear. A sympathetic replacement of a couple of the stones has taken place at some point in time, extending the life of the piece without detracting from its beauty.
