Antique Victorian 14K Gold and Turquoise Enameled Movable Pendant
About the Item
Step into the elegance of the past with this antique Victorian 14 karat gold and turquoise enameled pendant. The pendant is beautifully set with a vertical row of small gold balls on both sides while the design on the front alternates with turquoise enamel and a gold floral pattern. The pointy triangle shaped centerpiece can swing back and forth and the three balls below the top swing freely up and down.
Turquoise became a symbol of true love in Victorian times, and it was for this reason that Queen Victoria gave her bridal party gifts of turquoise jewelry.
