A feminine antique ring, its band is a round gold wire supporting an oval-shaped basket adorned in the center with a scalloped closed setting of an oval-shaped natural yellow sapphire. Fine half-pearls surround the ring. Total weight of the sapphire : 2.34 carat approximately. Height : 11.4 mm approximately, width : 13.8 mm approximately, thickness : 5 mm approximately, width of the ring at the base : 1.1 mm approximately. Weight of the jewel : 2,3 g approximately.
