Jade Ring Hand Carved from One Stone Certified Untreated
About the Item
Carved from a single piece of translucent nephrite jade, this features an impeccably rendered waveform with a bright high polish. On the reverse, you will find a shank carved with a very soft matt finish. The juxtaposition of the glossy polish on the wave and the matt polish on the band is exquisite to both the eye and the touch.
I've seen many rings carved from a single piece of jade, but never one quite like this. There is such life in the carving. It is signed by the lapidary artist on the underside of the front wave and dated as well. The face of the ring measures 32mm north to south, 26.72mm west to east. It rises 9.45mm from the surface of the finger.
This one-of-a-kind hand-carved jade ring is a six 6. It ships with a certificate from Stone Group Labs that states the nephrite jade is natural and untreated.
