Signet Ring with Wild Boar Passant & Three-Masted Ship in 18 Karat Yellow Gold
About the Item
This intriguing signet ring features a wild boar with curly tail (meaning he's not young) and open mouth (meaning he's rude) walking to the right inside of a shield. Above the boar is a three-masted ship.
The boar in heraldry symbolizes bravery, while a ship usually denotes a specific town or city with a port. Put 'em together and you have, well, whatever you want!
Solid 18 karat gold, weighty and substantial; you needn't be either brave or the resident of a port town to love it.

Marks: The inside of the band is stamped "18K," The maker's mark looks like "Morri," with maybe a crown over the lower-case letters.
Age/Condition: We think this ring is probably no more than 40 years old and probably American. It's in excellent condition and has been polished to a high, scratch-free shine.
