Originally built in 1899, the project is a magnificently classic 4-story limestone townhouse. Located uptown, it manages to feel both centrally located, yet also a quiet retreat in Manhattan. Our mission was undertake a thoughtful renovation, staying true to the spirit of a historic New York City townhouse, while updating with timeless finishes.
