1920s
About the Item
This lovely powder box in an art deco style features a woman in a black and yellow patterned dress. The box is French porcelain, made and hand painted in Limoges. The marks are at the bottom of the piece, as well as inside of the top. There are beautiful painted details in the Art Deco style, including in the woman's hair and dress. Despite its delicacy, this piece is in very good condition. It'd be great as a decorative piece and as storage for small treasures.
