"Marquette" Plaster Ceiling Medallion

About the Item

This plaster ceiling medallion is hand-cast by our own craftsman from a mold made from an antique (circa 1790) medallion in a period house. The 16 scalloped-edge segments each with bellflower bas-relief spears give it an aura of calm elegance. It will add a significant architectural element to your room and will fit with most styles of chandeliers and pendant light fixtures. Can be used as provided in raw plaster, or painted any color such as the color of your woodwork. Easy to install, instructions provided. Center hole is 4" diameter., so works best if your fixture's ceiling cap/canopy is 4.25" to 6" in diameter. Can also be used for wall decoration. Note: We have a number of other ceiling medallions of various designs and sizes, including others with bellflower decoration. However, because of how it is created, this exact design is available in one size only. Available immediately in small quantities, with longer lead times for more than 3. PRICE IS FIRM.
