About the Item

Napoleon III gilt wood & silk fire screen. Magnificent faux bamboo and hand embroidered silk screen in the Japanese style circa 1860. In very good and sturdy original condition with light and attractive wear. A few historic and treated worm holes, but almost not worth mentioning. One minor missing piece at rear of base (see photo).
