Charles Willis Art
1878-1963
Charles Willis was an accomplished early 20th-century British artist. He was a portrait painter and commercial artist, who later in life painted conversation pieces and usually signed Chas Willis. He was well known in the 1930s when his portraits of royalty were used in commemorative editions of magazines and newspapers.
