BE@RBRICKs are a form of collectible toy that resemble a cross between LEGO and well, a bear. These block-style figurines boast teddy bear-style heads that have become an integral pillar of the collectible toy scene. In fact, it wouldn’t be so far-fetched to say that it almost single-handedly carved out the fad of toy collecting in modern times, treading the very fine line between toy and art. Since its inception, BE@RBRICKs have become one of the most recognizable characters in the world, and some of the most sought after.
Obsessed with celebrity, consumer culture, and mechanical reproduction, Pop Art king, Andy Warhol created some of the 20th century’s most iconic images. Warhol was widely influenced by popular & consumer culture, with this being evident in some of his most famous works: 32 Campbell's soup cans, Brillo pad box sculptures, and portraits of Marilyn Monroe & Mick Jagger, for example. KAWS is a fine artist, illustrator, painter, sculptor, product designer, and toymaker. Daido Moriyama (Japanese, b.1938) is a prolific Japanese artist, well-known as a photographer, graphic designer, and writer. Moriyama was born in Ikeda City, Osaka, Japan. He studied photography at the Takeji Iwamiya studio in Osaka before moving to Tokyo in 1961 to meet the members of VIVO. Moriyama became an assistant to Eikoh Hosoe, and gained access to the Tokyo photo world through this position.
In 1968, Moriyama produced a collection of photographs, Nippon gekijo shashincho, in high-contrast, in which he focused on the indigenous world or the few indigenous things that had not been corrupted by the rapidly industrializing world. Around the same time he produced this collection, he began to draw the attention of many young and aggressive artists, most of them photographers, by becoming involved in the group magazine Provoke. Other artists who also participated in this group magazine project include Koji Tagi, Yutaka Takanashi, Takuma Nakahira, and Takahiko Okada. Apart from Provoke, Moriyama also contributed to other magazines, such as Camera Mainichi, Asahi Journal, and Asahi Camera.

OTTO - Opus 348 e OTRA - Opus 349 is a joyful polished and patinated bronze couple of sculptures representing a decomposable male and female bust, realized by the Spanish artist, Berrical Miguel in 1987.
This wonderful Contemporary scultures are signed and numbered (the signature and the number of the specimen is inscribed on the hoof). Edition of 999 copies.

Generally it is combined with the female decomposable nude.
Berrical Miguel (Villanueva de Algaidas, 1933 - Antequera, 2006)
Berrical Miguel was a Spanish sculptor and artist also known as the puzzle sculptor, due to the particularity of his sculptures.
In the first half of the twentieth century the young Berrocal sought his artistic journey by asking himself: "How to awaken the public thanks to a sculpture?". From this reflection comes his personal artistic philosophy and his plastic language that can be summarized in 7 key concepts: scientific inspiration, empty space, disassembly, interactive aesthetics, techniques, multiple.
His work was unified by an underlying search for beauty, borne from his study of mathematics and physics early in life. His sculptures, like this one, often consist of interlocking elements known as “component parts” that can be assembled into unique forms within a series of almost identical objects. Working in a wide range of sizes, Berrocal’s pieces could be sometimes very large in scale for public spaces, while other times small enough to be worn as jewelry.
